Annual is $89.90 a year, which works out to $7.49 a month, about 17% less than paying monthly. You still get the first month free, and you can switch or cancel from Settings.

Yes. Signing up, building your week and browsing your priced shopping list cost nothing and need no card. The first time you load a cart, print or email your list, a quick checkout adds your card and starts the free month: $0 that day, and nothing for 30 days. Cancel anytime before then in Settings and you pay nothing.

No, you shop it yourself. Our browser extension fills your online cart in one click at fifteen stores: the Save-On-Foods family (Save-On, Fresh St. Market, PriceSmart, Urban Fare, IGA), the Loblaw banners (Superstore, No Frills, Loblaws, Your Independent Grocer), the Sobeys family (Safeway, Thrifty Foods, Sobeys, FreshCo) on Voila, and Metro and Food Basics. Every other store gets a checklist. You check out on the store's site with its own pickup or delivery, and nothing is marked up: the food is yours at shelf price.
