Honey-Garlic Salmon with Rice and Bok Choy

1Rice on
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Add the jasmine rice to a pot with 1¼ cups salted water and bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce to the lowest heat, and cook 12 minutes until the water is absorbed.
- Let it rest with the lid on for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.

2Make the glaze
- Meanwhile, mince the garlic.
- Stir the honey, soy sauce and garlic together in a small bowl.

3Sear the salmon
- Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear the fillets skin side up 3 minutes until golden.
- Flip and cook 2 minutes.

4Glaze and steam
- Pour the glaze into the pan and spoon it over the fish 1 to 2 minutes until it bubbles thick and the salmon flakes easily.
- Meanwhile, cut the bok choy in half lengthwise.
- Steam it cut side down in a covered pan with 2 tbsp water for 3 minutes until tender.

5Plate
- Plate the rice, salmon and bok choy.
- Spoon the pan glaze over the fish.
- Serve with the lemon in wedges.
