Sheet-Pan Salmon with Baby Potatoes & Green Beans

Ingredients
- salmon350 g
- potato5 ea
- green bean2 big handfuls
- olive oil3 tbsp
- paprika1 tsp
- garlic powder1 tsp
- lemon1 ea
- dill (optional)2 tbsp chopped
Method

1Potatoes first
- Heat the oven to 425F.
- Toss the potatoes with 1½ tbsp of the olive oil, the garlic powder and season to taste with salt.
- Roast cut-side down on a lined pan 20 minutes.

2Prep the salmon
- Meanwhile, rub the salmon fillets with the remaining olive oil, the paprika, salt and pepper.

3Everything on
- Push the potatoes to one side of the pan.
- Add the green beans and toss them in the pan oil.
- Lay the salmon skin-side down on the pan.
- Roast 12 to 14 minutes until the salmon flakes with gentle pressure.

4Plate
- Squeeze half of the lemon over the pan.
- Garnish with dill if desired.
- Serve with lemon wedges from the other half.
